Warmstead was established in 2025 to support the UK’s ECO4 industry, providing compliance and documentation services for installers nationwide. Drawing on experience working alongside major utility companies and Ofgem, the team supports installers in maintaining compliance, successfully passing audits, and meeting required project deadlines.

As the business developed within the ECO4 sector, Warmstead expanded its expertise in building performance and energy efficiency. Director Kelsie obtained accreditation as a Domestic Energy Assessor through Elmhurst Energy, enabling the company to undertake domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments while strengthening its knowledge of building regulations and energy efficiency standards.

In 2026, both Directors, Kelsie and Blane, completed the National Energy Action Level 2 Award in Fuel Debt Advice in the Community and the Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness. These qualifications enhanced the company’s understanding of energy tariffs, domestic energy consumption, the health impacts of fuel poverty, and fuel debt—allowing Warmstead to provide informed guidance to both customers and landlords
